ok so logged in to my account it was stuck on welcome screen for a lont time then i was logged into a temp probile did a net search of the .bak etc but of no use help * +

oh d*mn. A quick restart. Hit the restart button on your tower. That should make it restart then you log in normal again. * +

this used to happen to me on my machine and thats how it would get sorted. It happened to a client of mine a few months ago. And hitting restart didnt quite sort out her account. Had to try load her account the long way. Its works for others. Didnt work for her. * +
