Right, awhile ago this lappy got dropped, it then wouldn't boot, it kept coming up hold alt, ctrl and delete to restart, did that but kept getting same message, so i got the official Toshiba recovery disc, put that in, booted from disc then after a while from blank screen its showing to windows, both are cmd.exe one says: * +
