I dunno maybe your network is block that site , try visit it through a proxy server,,, or just google huawei unlock codes theres lots of sites with them calcs on them, but if it doest show your modelled only try the code it generates 1 time as there is a limited of 10 entries then you need reset them counter,, if your model isnt supported then you maybe need consider going down them firmware update method as mentioned in them link I posted * +
