Creating a web page is what you're doing, a web site means you have a server and a web address, which costs money. I do not reccommend setting up one based of of your own pc since that will leave you wide open to all sorts of attacks, and may cause the local police to raid you because somebody uploaded child p*rn to your hard drive. Free servers also have the same dangers, and both options may also cause you to exceed your bandwidth limitations. * +

there's a list of good free hosting over at 0php.com (i'm using some of them to host proxy, so far so gud, the only shortcoming is u must log in at least once in a month otherwise ur account terminated). for domain,u might consider free services such as .cu.cc or .co.nr. ur gonna need ftp client to upload stuff more conveniently than using dull web interfaces. btw why don't u try on ur computer b4 going online. i wud recommend xampp for that. * +
