I would probably just buy a full license and leave it for next year when i build a new machine with a new board. Wasn't so long i redid 7 on a new SSD. So 8 would hopefully have the first round of patches by then too...Spring 2013. Intel Haswell fit * +

boot up time and overall speed is better but microsoft slipped up with waving goodbye to the start button and metro is out of place considering most computers are not touch screen * +
