I'm not 2 keen on it, the fact you have to login to ya hotmail account is annoying, i wanna just create a user name and password ffs, metro is not a bad idea as such but it would be nice to turn it off completely and have the good old Start Menu * +

You can close apps by putting the mouse pointer at the top of the app and dragging it all the way to the bottom of the page. Also, you can press and hold the Windows key and tab, then right click and close over the images on the left hand side. I had to google how to do it. * +

Just spent some time reading the MDL forums about activation. It looks like win8 wont be as easy to crack/hack as win7 was. Win 8 uses unique keys in the BIOS, even if the OEM PC is identical to another the keys will be different. * +

activations don't start till the 15th I've read on multiple sites. typing in the command to reset the 30 days doesn't count. * +
