I need some type of small laptop for work with a bigger screen than a netbook. ive looked at netbooks with 11 and 12 inch screens but they are too expensive so thats not an option. then it suddenly dawned on me I allready have a laptop of sorts with this screen size.............. * +

I have an old g4 macbook gathering dust in a cupboard. it works fine but cos its a ppc mac it doesnt support adobe flash so you cant play youtube videos. is there any way around this? I understand modern macs dont support flash anyway so how do they get around the problem? would I be able to install a html capable browser on my ppc that woiuld allow me to watch youtube videos for instance? * +

another thing I thought of was downloading the chromuim browser. I know chrome for windows has intergrated flash so does this mean chromuim for mac also has it and would that allow me to watch youtube on my ppc mac? * +

failing all these options could you install an alternative operating system on the ppc mac that would support flash like linux or the flash problem just related to the ppc architecture full stop? any help would be appreciated. * +

correction on reply 2: would I be able to install a html 5 browser that would allow me to play flash video assuming the browser would even run on a ppc mac? surely there must be a way around this problem and if there is it would give my old macbook a purpose! *
