The GPU would play most games on Medium and would have no Issue video converting ect, the GT650M beats a GTX470m on Benchmarks

I doubt that they would play any modern game crysis ,bf3 etc at 2880 x 1800 screen resolution . Even hi end mobile gpu's crumble at that sort of rez. * +

True!! That part is obvious but at a lower res it would manage the games you mentioned on Pc, as this is a mac and there are not many Pc released games on mac you would mainly need it for video and converting, since the new macbnook pro has the 3rd gen i7 Ivybridge 4 core processor and the GT650m is a new 28nn Kepler it will handle pretty much everything a mac can do * +

and the blogs have this to say ...Is it worth the premium? No. Not for the average user. If youre using it for photo editing, graphic design, music production, video editing, architecture, etc you might be able to justify it. Running anything below the monitors native resolution will look shockingly bad as you know . And who would buy a 15 inch screen for video / graphics editing chin This is just apple showing off there new screen and spouting rubbish about how advance there hardware is blah blah blah . *
