SEA-ME-WE 4 optical fibre system that runs from France to Malaysia has been cut throwing asia and the likes into overload. bangladesh hit hard and now rerouting. nothing for SA, maybe a knck on effect from the asia line down. *

phone Telkom and ask them to reset your ports. confirm the network status of your ISP and check the if the synchronisation speeds your router is getting is the speed that you are paying for. also, you might wanna find out from Telkom if your exchange is congested. if that's the case then there isn't anything you can do. *
