@dynamiq, snipping tool comes preloaded with vista/windows 7 (except home basic versions). If your vista is vista basic then you cannot download/install snipping tool (as far as i know). * +

also this page: is.gd/4LMAyZ (yahoo answers) has some possibly interesting options. also,the above link only introduce alternative software for 'snipping',it doesn't provide a way to use the actual snipping tool in home basic,despites its deceiving title. * +

Wao! Thanks for all your advice. I actually followed editor's link and I got a software called 'Picpick'. It's a wonderful software bcos it does ALL the functions of snipping tool and even more. So it's actually better than Snipping tool. Thank you. *
