I want to fresh install windows7 in my friends laptop... But his DVD drive tray has totally damaged... So I want to configure my pendrive to boot... I have a win7 iso image which was copied from a bootable setup DVD... Now what can I do?.... Followed some instruction from the net to boot from pendrive but haven't got success yet.... Any better solution?.... * +

Win2flash takes too much time to format and copy files,so its better to use normal command line method....google Installing windows 7 via usb using command line * +

That made sense arjunkr... Just finished installing windows in my friends lappy.... Finally got the exact solution I wanted... I was getting some errors with the Win2Flash but the command prompt method worked like charm... Huge thanks bro for that suggestion... You made my day... I can now install windows in my own pc anytime, coz its a lot faster than DVD's... * +
