What will you be doing with the extra 4x RAM modules? 
Each pack has a pair. 8GB will be enough for most purposes and sometimes you can have issues with using all the slots on some boards. And the rest is AMD so I know nothing. * +

If you don't need LOADS then I would buy 8GB of faster RAM, 1600Mhz or more. That motherboard supports up to 2100Mhz with a simple OC or 1866 as standard. http://www.asrock.com/mb/overview.asp?Model=97020Extreme3 * +

Processor AMD 8-core at 112GBP...You dont really believe that this is a serious processor, eh? Better to buy a 4-core Intel, like the i5 2500K.
