How do i delete the old username an password off my router?. Tryin 2 put the new 1 using my pc but it wont work. * +

What do you mean? You use the username and password that is written on the router itself, most likely underneath, to get access to the router settings. And the new username and password that you got from your ISP goes in the Basic Settings on the router page. * +

While in Internet explorer (I guess that's what you're using?), try pressing Alt at the bottom left of the keyboard and then under the file tab there should be an option to 'Work Online'? Tick/select it * +
