my dell laptop lcd screen got demage when accidently got hit by mouse and got cracked from inside which is clearly visible when turn on.I called custome care they agreed to replace the screen and will dispatch it to me. The problem is i didn't tell them of the physical demage done. A technician will come and replace it but will he when he see the demage? * +
