when i scan my pc the only type of file it suggests as virus is an .exe file..whch meanz dat all my setups are viruses..how do u use ths antvirus 2function properly.. * +

it seemz dat there is virus in u r pc. What u need to do is to update u r anti virus to get the latest virus defination database den finaly u may take the opportunity of rescan your pc. If the problem still persist create a pen drive (ISO) wid operating system in then look for file whch contain an abnormal extension and delete it. Good luck frnd. * +

Sounds like win32/tanatos to me 
.. Well as the above post says.. Update ur avg, scan.. It wil remove all the viruses nd unfortunately u wil lose awl programs' .exe.. A clean install of win7 is awl u gota do.. * +

Uninstal AVG and instal the AVIRA antivirus. Update the database and do a scan. Then come back and thank me.

Just do it. We are really bored to read every 2-3 days posts about infected PCs with AVG antivirus in them....
