It was all about IrfanView a few weeks ago... So far so good.... But thanks to one of my friends who suggested me Picasa as a photo viewer.... The moment I installed this, I've fallen love with this... I wish I had found a lot earlier... Anyways, I share this to all of you as a suggestion... Just try Picasa (GOOGLE) as your default image viewer and I bet u wont look back... Best thing is, its a freeware... * +

xnview for me. i tend to avoid google products,don't trust google and can't really blame me with all their analytics and javascript spread over about every page on the net.. xnview has everything i need. fullscreen startup,full metadata osd,fast huge thumbnail loading,image search,as well similar and duplicate,file browser! file navigation on mouse wheel,zoom,quick edit levels,rotation,resize,convert,handle insane number of image formats and is practicaly portable,all settings in ini file. * +

N:B: For first time users, install Picasa.... Then right click on any of your photos and select open with, then go to the folder where Picasa installed and choose PicasaPhotoViewer.exe (not Picasa3.exe).... I've explained it coz whenever u'll open Picasa application, it will show u the edit page which is not photo viewer.... * +

@edit.or.... Fair enough, coz its always your own choice... But really bro, if u haven't tried Picasa yet, I insist u to install it once just for a trial... I'm sure u'll love it... Mainly the transparent overlay view and the scroll wheel smooth n fast zooming feature.... Its zoom quality is better than most of the others... * +
