I use a 32bit windows 7 OS and I'm thinking of trying out ubuntu on a live cd. But i just want to know if anyone has tried it and how friendly the OS is. * +

I have used it and its ok. If your hard drive dies on your pc becoz it wont boot it may just help save your data from being lost forever. Some computers with cpu throttleling will probably max out with fans screaming because it has limited control of that. * +
