I have a Dell latitude laptop. I have pcmcia card slots. I use one with a wireless card which works. The laptop only has Usb 1 ports, so I bought a Usb 2 pcmcia card. The laptop recognises it, but no Usb device I insert to it. I have tried to install different drivers. I have tried it on XP,Vista and Ubuntu. Does anyone have any idea what could be the problem? Thanks. *

does windows pick up the slot wiv out any cards inserted ? Check ur device manager, and have u updated the card slots drivers ? *
