I'm making a workbook with hundreds of links and calculations and I would like to use various colors (or highlight cells) to remind me where the information is coming from or which cells are linked to which cells etc... But I don't want the cells to print out the highlighting when the user prints the document coz I'm using a b/w printer and it prints the coloured highlighted cells in gray which wastes the ink... Any advice.... * +

So, that sounds a bit disappointing... The only hope left for me is to use very light colours to highlight... Thanks anyways * +

You could try OpenOffice and see if they have the plugin that you need .
