well I wouldnt consider amd myself. with regards to the xeon he says its 3.6ghz quad core. as for the amd, all it says is amd quad core and nothing further. but I see IF I can find out anymore details. * +

iam trying to sway him to a core i3 which is still in his price range but probably as good as the amd quad or not far off anyway. *
