10gigs is a lot by african standards. Here we can surf for a whole month only using about 2gigs per month (too expensive to waste) * +

with 10GB you can download 2 dvd quality movies. i don't know what sites you plan on surfing but if they spend you 10GB for a couple of hours or even days of plain surfing,i'd suggest you get a good content blocker. seeing how the internet is made and you re on a limited data plane,get a content blocker anyway. * +

depends what format videos are in mkv compression goes to like 300mb/hour, best way is to install a meter and monitor yourself a bit * +
