I wouldnt buy a sony vaio because you pay more just for the brand name and I dont believe they are any better than any of the others. its probably different with other products but with laptops all sony make is the screen and the dvd drive. and to be honest in most cases they dont even make the dvd drive because most optical drives are produced bty toshiba regardless of the computer brand. so why splash out on a sony and get less bang for your buck?! * +

all the vaios ive looked at have a lesser spec than the eqivelant from anyone else. and I cant justify that. *
