No its not about dmg file its about how to format a normal dvd not a ph writeable one * +

Normal DVD discs are ROM's... It can only be read... Only some specialized rewriteable discs can be erased and over written... * +

The usuall CD's and DVD's are ROM which is Read Only Memory, I guess u have to know the meanings of this disk 1st *
