try a new filter try changing the channel of the hub and try ethernet instead of wireless especially for gaming * +

Martin don't need filters wall socket has adsl and a separate phone socket. Not disconnecting from router, router disconnects from Internet, all logged on router! Swapped all cables, third engineer booked gonna check WAIN but could take long time * +

If your IP address is a normal in-service address, but the connection appears dead, try using a traceroute command to one of your ISP's servers (e.g. e-mail, web, or news) to diagnose how far into the internet you can get replies from. If you get no replies at all, there is a fault somewhere between your PC and the UBR on the cable network. * +

No we can get internet fine and quite fast!! Just every now and them we drop Internet for about 5 seconds! * +

try using just the phone socket with a filter might be fault with adsl socket *
