Am trying to format a friend External hdd, but its say format can't complete or is not completed, what could be wromg cause I've seen this in so many USB, Help!!! * +

If you have a windows 7 bootable disk start the pc using it then select install windows now then select his drive and format it hope it helps * +

Yeah that the 1st one lol... @Adweeb i've tryed that with sp3 and also deleting the partition but I cant delete it, is there any other solutions * +

Can you first have its disk check as something might be corrupted or else you tried that is there any working program or does it has virus * +
