I av hp g6000 i bought second hand they told me dat d laptop has a bletooth bt i did not find it on it is it true? And secondly i dnt ever use cd on it coz anytime i insert my disk it will be roling bt i wont see d disk in it even d disk icon like software dat use 2show in my computer is not there somebody told me dat it wont play cd till i get dat icon back pls what can i do? pls help * +

Firstly, buying a secondhand laptop is the worst thing in the world.... And secondly, if it doesnt hav bluetooth, u can buy a dongle... Its cheap....... And about ur cd drive, open device manager and see if there's any '?' marked hardware available... If there's nothing found, I think the cd drive is disconnected internally.... * +

The HP g6000 doesn't have bluetooth. Just get a dongle like jupiter said. * +

Could be, but laptops are like 'one time use' products... Changing, upgrading and repairing of hardwares is almost impossible in laptops unlike desktops.... So its really not the best choice to buy a 2nd hand laptop specially without knowing every corner of the product practically... * +

Thanks @jupiter i checked d device manager bt there is noting like ?Mark there and u said dat means it has disconnected internally so what next? What can i do to reconnect it? Thanks * +

U should be able to find on the net how to safely remove the laptop case to get to the drive,usually there are tiny push in clips around the keyboard and maybe a few screws on the back,be careful and don't force anything,have u tried diagnostics in bios first? * +
