Wow! Half the price???? Amazing stuff. Well if the numbers are going to be knocked down that drastically, Im definitely no going to purchase a 550 now, rather buy a decent card for cheap and use the cash I would have spent on the newly slashed prices, or something along those lines. * +

The prices are static for the past year, i paid 280 or so for a 570 a year ago now. AMD's new chips in january sometime should mean the prices finally change if they are good just as 5870 forced down the cost of the GTX280/260 *
