when i start the laptop i'm on after its all loaded up i get a grey box that says microsoft.net framework..... unhandled exception has occured in your application if you click continue, the app will ignore this error and attempt to continue if you click quit the application will close immediately...... access to the path c;toshiba europeregistrationsettings.xml is denied. ??? * +

some of the applications that runs on startup and uses .net has a problem. start task manager and check the process name. else check for uncommon processes and do a file search on the executable or get process explorer to make things much easier. * +

how jaymack i'm currently up to date with ms updates it says no new updates avalible, or am i missing summet pal * +

Press 'win + r' and type 'msconfig' then goto the starup option and disable all the start up applications. And hit ok and it asks for restart press ok and then see if its creating problem. For .net framework you need to download it from microsoft.com *
