after almost 3 years of having my hp, the batery indicator started to flash on the screan, i phoned hp to find out what it could be, the guy told me that its a motherboard prob, he then checked my serial number, an discovered that i have 3 weeks left on my extended waranty. within an hour the courier company came to fetch the laptop. nice so ime guna have a brand new mobo in a 3 year old lappy * +

of all the customer care lines i ever phoned hp is by far the best, but then again if i didnt have the waranty i woul have probably said that theyr kak. human nature * +

yeah hp cs are geat the bird got assigned my lot was n great laugh i want the b***h was better that a n chatline

guna get it back early next week jb, customer care phoned me yesterday and told me the tested the batery and found that it was part of a recalled batch, they ordered a new batery it should be there on monday *
