when I turn my computer on it starts to boot fine as shown on the monitor but every time its just about to go into the desktop the monitor goes blank and reports no signal. if I restart the system again the monitor shows the boot up process but just before it goes into the desktop hey presto it goes blank again. ive tested the monitor on a friends computer and it works perfectly so I know its not that. * +

to be honest iam at a loss to know whats causing this as I have used this monitor on the system before and its been fine. anyone got any ideas what could be causing this? * +

PS: ive been unable to get into the bios etc even though the keyboard is working. whatever you press, F8, F9, F10, F12 DELETE or otherwise it will not enter setup. * +

iam just wandering if the system also has onboard graphics in which case I could remove the seperate graphics card and just use the intergrated graphics? * +
