Never had a problem connecting my 3 dongle to the internet until now.Yesterday got a message from XP saying new 'plug n play' hardware,i installed it-or thought i did-now ever since then it wont let me connect to the internet.It tries to load and fails.Any ideas what to do as im not great on these things? Is it a case of uninstalling the hardware? * +

you need to have words with your local 3 store. in the meantime do a manual check for windows updates on your computer and restart after any updates if there are any. last resort uninstall 3 software, restart computer and reinstall and try again. * +

(go in store rather than phoning customer services cos in my experiance 3 network services is a bit like trying to get bllod out of a stone not to mention the difficulties associated with multi cultural backgrounds to put it mildly! * +

Thanks guys.I still have a hardware issue with Plug n Play but i did as said uninstall and re-install the 3Connect programme and it works now and im getting internet access now.Thanks all. * +
