Go to adobe's , microsoft's or google's website and download it . But be aware that it will leave you vulnerable to drive-by downloads . * +

those java programs usually have way better native replacements. java is understandably slower cause it needs an interpreter to get executed on nowaday personal computers,meaning you cannot execute java code directly but another native program will execute it with again,non-java code. also,mok is right. i myself consider java a security hole for a system. i think you should find native replacement * +
