theres a few issues with aticcc for which there is a fix. but as you havent said which file the program couldnt start. the reply will be a bit hit and miss... try here for a possible fix.http://www.securitystronghold.com/gates/aticcc.html i have not tested this and i dont know if its the actual exe that is broken or misconfigured as your question doesnt have much info realating to the app crash... * +

go into controlpanel /admintools/evenviewer and see if you can find the 07b error... post the name of the app that crashed with that error. if the above doesnt fix it. * +

1s dont your ccc will probably need to be reinstalled so take the opertiunity to upgrade your drivers to the latest 1s. 1s installed go to startup with ccleaner and remove the ati/cli startup entry. this should stop the error if removal doesnt fix it. * +

you dont need the cli startup item anyway. its only there for people who like using comand lines instead of clicking on icons to start there apps. *
