google sketchup is small but powerful. then u can add plugin render eg. VRAY, indigo render, evermotion, cebas final render, artlatis studio or get free NOX render, mach studio, kerkythea * +

blender is one of the best too. if u interest to learn u can try games engine call cry engine or udk, not realistic only but can animated like 3d movie *
