oh i totally agree, hat the hell has the specs got to do with it?? it could be anything from a local power failure to a hard drive crash, also including os corruption to the user keep pressing the off button thinking its the coffee dispenser..... * +

Well it could be a power problem. How the hell your going to pin point the cause without knowing the specs eg a power problem or a pc maybe overheating? Can be a BSOD with automatic restart on system failure enabled. So tap f8 when your pc bootup till a menu comes up. Then choose disable automatic restart on system failure * +

Also try checking you BIOS and see what the temperature shutdown is . Then try a google search for an open source CPU temperature monitor and see if that could be the reason for the crash . * +

take the computer to a shop and get them to look at it. only use a reputable store. *
