Somehow all setting reset to defualt and I need input it again. everytime I connect to the modem and run setup it says that the DHCP server is already being used and I need to disable the other device. How do I disable the other device. Used ipconfig command to no avail. Billion modem *

Ive also tried inputting the IP adress manually and still nothing. And after a while it says theres an IP conflict. Im only connected to the modem no other device. *
