NO SOFTWARE TO THROTTLE SPEEDS? I have found several and tested them... Netpeeker n NetBalancer proved to be the best..,and now no disconetions just throttled it down to 3mbps. * +

21mbps...its under testing that wen it exceeds 4mbps it disconnets, thats why i needed to throttle it...so far netbalancer doing me fine as i downscaled it to 3mbps... *
