@klif... Thanks man, I've already sorted it out myself... First unlock all the cells then select your formula cells and lock... Now protect with password... It was very simple..... * +

@w.h.y...... Its of no use for you as it has some complex formulas like ''if'' and chain references including 9 sheets in one file.... It took almost a week for me to arrange the tables are formulas.... I suggest, u better start with some basics of entering simple formula..... * +

@f..u..n.... What will u do with it?.... The proforma (workbook) I made is solely for my own official purpose.... Its the Monthly Accounts... It has the monthly expenditure of the estate head wise, Current a/c., Cash a/c., Trial Balance etc.... So, it will be of no use for u..... If u specifically want to learn anything about excel, post here.... I know the basic uses of excel, not everything.... *
