Any freeware graphics editor will do the job but for a professional looking design and finishing, you need to pay for Adobe products.... * +

try gimp 2.6 its free n can create some amazing effects and if ya get stuck on how to use it just youtube some tutorials * +

guys his pc is junk. he payed hundreds of pounds for a gaming pc that cant play games... so if it cant lay games its likley it cant run anything more hardc*re than M.S.paint... * +
