What amazes me is how long IE takes to install. It wouldnt be so bad if the end result was good but it isnt. Things come to those who wait doesnt seem apply here lol * +

I got rid of MSIE ages ago. I got recommended CometBird and FireFox. Tried em both, and preferred CometBird. * +

go into the windows eliments installer. in the programs and features. you will see a tab for adding and removing windows eliments like ei8. just untick it and it will uninstall then reboot and go back and check the box. click ok and it should install a fresh copy of ie8 *
