Ok I use windows xp and windows 7 on two quad core desktops that are both virus and malware free. ive allways found firefox a fast browser, at least up to version 4.0 anyway. But with these latest versions, 5.0, 5.' 6.0 etc ive found them to be slow to respond to links. Its not related to my connection either cos google chrome gets to those same links straight away within same time frame. * +

Iam curious is anyone else in the uk having this problem? Cos iam getting pretty tired of it. ? At this rate I can see me ending up switching entirely to chrome. * +

Firefox 6 is really fast, chrome a lil faster but it lacks so much, Chinese is like a posh Ie8 I think ie9 is really fast to say it's Microsoft but I'll never use it, firefox all the way * +

i use opera,it is a bit buggy but faster then firefox,and more comfortable! with a bit of work through opera:config,its a really decent browser. other then that,i've got lunascape,triple engine browser supporting firefox addons (!) as a backup when opera decides to annoy me. anyway,the original firefox is out of the question,safari browser may be an option one day,a product from google will neverB * +
