yeah, use the tunneling application, or if your browser dont work, use its settings, find the auto detect(for the browser to detect your ip so that it will work, coz some network uses its own ip in order for the browser to work) * +

I guess torrent client is leeching all your bandwidth and not allowing u to browse web. Know your bandwidth limit. Then set the download speed in utorrent quite less than your total internet bandwidth * +
