you know your way around a .htaccess file lad? that's how you do it, modRewrite to direct something.com/username into anotherthing.com/pages/users-page.php * +

http://wapload.org/files/281941.zip that's a copy of the htaccess file i used, create a php page (call it anything you like) and then edit the htaccess file, change index.php to the name of your new php file, then, back in your php file, use the _GET on the variable called variablehook to pull the name of the user or whatever you want *
