You can't use a walmart card bought in the us there either. Most prepaid cards or gift cards are being blocked because of scammers there. By no means am I inferring that you are a scammer, vamez. Just saying I don't think it'd do any good for someone to send you any type of prepaid card. * +

The cards are set to be used worldwide at any atm machine, only the transaction fee differs. I wouldn't be asking if i didn't know how the system works and i also fail to see how one would use a prepaid card that they would use for their own means to scam someone. It's not a credit card, the only cash that can be loaded on these cards would have to be put there myself. * +
