Hello, I got a P4 2.8ghz Pc that i'm using at the moment. Problem is i wanted to swop the intel cpu in this PC to my old PC so that i have a fast cpu on a mobo with SATA support. After opening and removing it I realized that the intel cpu is too small to fit in the old mobo AMD socket. however when putting it back i now see temps of 104 degrees celcius. Is that normal? All other temps are below 50 degrees * +

Do you know any apps that i can use to test how stable it is with the current temps? And to think i was gonna OC it
