As above also keepz freezing. Am not to sure whats onit as it's my girlfreinds daughterz. She bringing it round later. To look at it what can i do to sort it? *

check RAM, check disk for a start, then run some 3D mark or so, so you can see if GFX cause problems... *

also keep im mind that there might be damaged OS and/or infected... so you might need to reinstall OS.. *

Also use ccleaner to clear any unneeded space clean registery files you can do that with ccleaner *
