the video card drivers are installed in my pc, but if video file like avi,mp4,3gp cannot play the video, black screen but there is audio, i tried applications like vlc player,um player,realplayer there is no video,black screen but there is a sound or audio, what is the problem of my pc? Thanks *

Its likely a codec problem. Install k-lite mega codec pack. *
