hi i tried deleting ask toolbar, old avg. spybot serch and destroy, and any other things not used in add remove programs for over 6 month. on my neighbours laptop running xp, now it starts shows a quick blue screen and shuts down restarts does the whole thing again please help i cant tell what the error code is as screen dont stay on long enough! * +

Select dont automatically restart pc on system failure or last good know configuration when you press f8 *
