Finally all the problems flew away... Today I bought a new motherboard of ASUS with G41 express chipset and a 500GB SATA HDD..... Just finished installing all these and had a fresh Win7 Professional setup.... Everything working like a charm..... @newt182... Thanks for suggesting to change the mobo.... * +
