pls pls good citizens can some decent soul help me with dj mixing on a pc software.ive known how to mix records,cds etc for 15yr but im totally stumped when it comes to mixing on a lappy or pc.its the cueing the track im wanting to mix in.how can I hear just 1 mp3 through headphones while the other is playing out?ive gone through all settings and I cant find a setting that only plays the...... * +

mp3 im wanting to mix on its own while the mp3 track is playing on my pc, lappy speakers.anyone who knows how to mix can surely understand in what im asking.pls help ppl,im pulling my hair out and making my life a misery!lol.the programme im using is virtualDJ, all settings just have both tracks playing at same time an u just cant hear them properly to pick up the right tempo.pls help,thanking ya * +

lastly if anyone knows a real good software to download let me know.its not the ease because as ive said I can mix well but its cueing the mp3 what im wanting to mix clearly to pick up the pace(tempo).pls pls pls help, anyone who can il mix them a set full of futurebound, danny Byrd, london elektricity, makoto etc etc for them lol.again thanks in advance * +

u need a second sound card. i use a usb soundcard looks just like a pen drive and virtual dj to mix * +

thanks pob,so do ya mean i must dwnlod my music onto a usb, then use the headphone input on the back of my pc tower?il be honest mate im certainly aint computer literate but I can grasp enough to get by.what ya said pob is def correct coz virtualDJ does ask when u click on config at top of the page.is it the same software you've got which u can scratch the 2 wheels?black an red page.thanks pob * +

With Virtual Dj, you'll need time to sit down and understand it well. Don't know where my bro is, he is great at mixing tracks with Virtual Dj....my advice? take your time to study the virtual dj environment then move from there, same applies to any other software, you can also try Adobe Audition * +

If i cn hear good. You want to connect your speaker and headphone. On the same sound card but in different tunes. For e.g you mixing a song in the speaker but on the headphone you can listen to another songs. If am right reply with yes and tell what sound card. Then am gonna tell you the setting * +
